Apartment Building
With a culture of non-native English speakers, the name of the apartment building and its branding had to be synonymous. In Japan, lots of signage and businesses only consist of text and no recognizable mark. The task was to create a simple yet, scalable solution down the middle. Come up with a mark for "Square 1" that could be adapted for future condominium buildings by the same real estate group.
Joost did an excellent job with the initial concepts using different styles like negative space, 3D, monoline, and basic. We appreciate doing business with Mr. Kroes and are excited to work with him in the future.
